Our Story

My name is Manuela de Oliveira, and for more than 30 years, beauty has been far more than just my profession, it's been my passion.

I qualified as a beautician in Germany in 1993, and throughout my career I've never stopped learning. As the beauty industry evolved, so did I, continually investing in advanced education and the latest technologies to offer my clients treatments that truly deliver results.

In 2016, my family and I moved to the Algarve to begin a new chapter. It was here that Magic Beauty was born, a place where expertise, honesty and personalised care come together.

Like many women, my interest in anti-ageing became personal long before it became a professional focus. I explored countless products, treatments and techniques, always searching for solutions that produced natural, long-lasting results. That journey shaped the philosophy I still follow today.

I don't believe in changing faces.

I believe in enhancing what is already beautiful.

Every client who walks through my door has different concerns, different goals and a different story. That's why I never believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Instead, I take the time to understand your skin, your lifestyle and your expectations before recommending the right approach.

Today, my focus is advanced aesthetic and anti-ageing treatments that combine science, experience and a natural eye for beauty. Whether you're visiting me for HIFU, radiofrequency microneedling, skin rejuvenation or another personalised treatment, my goal is always the same: to help you achieve healthy, radiant skin while still looking like yourself.

More than three decades after beginning this journey, I still love what I do as much as I did on my very first day. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a client leave with greater confidence and a smile.

Caprice

Therapist · The 60 Minute Skin Reset

Born in 2006 and surrounded by the world of beauty from an early age, Caprice has always been inspired by skincare, treatments and the confidence that can come from feeling good in your own skin.

Following in the footsteps of her mother, Manuela, she completed her professional beauty training in summer 2025 and is now beginning to build her own path within Magic Beauty.

With her naturally calm and gentle personality, Caprice has also become an important part of ZenGlow Studio, where her approach perfectly reflects the peaceful and personal experience we want every guest to feel.

Working across both studios allows her to bring together two worlds: the results-driven approach of Magic Beauty and the calm, mindful philosophy of ZenGlow.

At Magic Beauty, Caprice is developing her own portfolio of treatments, beginning with her Signature 60 Minute Reset Facial, with further advanced beauty treatments to follow.

Her approach is personal, attentive and detail-focused, always with the aim of making every client feel comfortable, cared for and confident.

Permanent Make-up Master

Tomke is a German Permanent Make-up Master with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has not only treated countless clients but also trained and mentored aspiring Permanent Make-up artists at a leading PMU academy in Germany.

She works exclusively with premium pigments, high-quality equipment, and advanced techniques to achieve natural, elegant, and long-lasting results. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned her an outstanding reputation among her clients.

After relocating to Portugal in June 2025, Tomke joined the Magic Beauty team, where she exclusively offers professional Permanent Make-up treatments, helping clients enhance their natural beauty with confidence and precision.

With over 20 years of experience as a German beauty therapist, Grit brings her expertise to Magic Beauty exclusively for Korean Lash Lift treatments.
